Registration
The inclusion of your final paper in the conference proceedings is conditional upon at least one author registering to attend and present the paper at the conference. The deadline for author registration is October 5, which is also your final paper submission deadline. One registration can only present two papers in maximum.
Advance Registration: All attendees are required to register, including authors, workshop/tutorial instructors and exhibitors. For paper authors, inclusion of your final paper in the conference proceedings and IEEE Digital Library require at least one of the authors on your author list must be registered on or before 5 October 2008 and attend the conference to give a presentation. The paper will not be included in the proceedings and IEEE Digital Lib (EI Index) if No presentation given during the conference. Early bird for other delegates is on or before 15 October 2008.
Standard Registration Package-A: Standard registration, 3-day registrants(3-5 November) are entitled to the symposium proceedings (CD ROM), admission to the Symposium, Topical Meetings, Exhibits, Welcome Reception, and daily teabreaks, Symposium Banquet.
Students Registration Package-B: Students are open to all full time students and are required to present a student verification letter including, Student matriculation number (student ID), expiration date and University name. Student registration includes the symposium program, symposium proceedings (CD ROM), and admission to the symposium, exhibits.

有关会议期间食宿说明：
会议在昆明市国际标准4星级 金龙饭店举行，所有正餐和宴会均在 金龙饭店。大会组委会为会议代表在如下2个饭店安排了住宿，费用自理。 A、4星级昆明市金龙饭店：
标准双人间的住房费用为：160元/床/天（含早餐），例如订11月2日－6日四晚住宿费则共计640元。除11月3日晚招待晚宴，11月5日结束晚宴由大会组委会统一安排外，其余晚餐由代表自理。需住单间的与会代表要多付单房差每晚160元。
B、2星级云都饭店：
标准双人间的住房费用为：60元/床/天（含简单中式早餐），如订11月2日－6日四晚住宿费则共计240元。除11月3日晚招待晚宴，11月5日结束晚宴由大会组委会统一安排外，其余晚餐由代表自理。需住单间的与会代表要多付单房差每晚60元。
特别说明：因为与会代表原则上二人合住一间房，酒店收取房费是按间夜计算，如有个别代表因各种原因提前退房，而同住一室的代表仍需住宿的，提前退房代表房费不退。
